Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Our Commitment
Famora is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, especially children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page outlines our standards and the measures we take to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child endangerment on our platform.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual extortion of minors
- Trafficking, sextortion, or any exploitation of children
- Inappropriate contact between adults and children
- Any content that endangers a child's physical or emotional wellbeing
How Famora Protects Children
- Private invite-only circles: Famora is designed for families. Users can only see and communicate with members of circles they have explicitly joined via a private invite code. There is no public discovery, open chat, or stranger contact.
- Parental control: Family circles are typically managed by a parent or guardian who controls membership. Parents can remove members and manage their children's participation at any time.
- No public content: Famora does not host public profiles, public posts, or any publicly searchable user-generated content that could be exploited.
- Reporting tools: Users can report inappropriate behavior or content directly to our safety team, who review every report promptly.
Reporting & Response
We encourage anyone who becomes aware of CSAE or CSAM on our platform to report it immediately to support@wytmp.com. All reports are reviewed by our designated child-safety point of contact. When we identify CSAM, we:
- Immediately remove the offending content and suspend the responsible account
- Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with the law
- Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local authorities
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
Compliance with Laws
Famora complies with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations, including reporting obligations to NCMEC in the United States and equivalent bodies in other jurisdictions. We align our practices with the standards set out by Google Play and Apple App Store child-safety policies.
Designated Point of Contact
Our designated point of contact for child-safety matters is available to discuss our CSAM prevention practices and compliance:
