Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Famora account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it directly in the app, or how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.

① Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Famora app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the warning and re-enter your password if prompted.
  5. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.

② Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile (name, email, photo, phone number)
  • Your location history and current location
  • Your trips and driving reports
  • Your chat messages and shared media
  • Your circle memberships and saved places you created

Some records may be retained for a limited period only where required by law or for fraud prevention, then permanently deleted. We do not sell your data, and location is shared only with circles you join. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
